Compensation: $11.00 to $12.50per hour
The Assistant Site Manager is a key management position.
Essential Functions
1. Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees.
2. Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met in regards to on-time delivery of services and quality of work.
3. Ensures all work standards are met on a consistent basis.
4. Ensures all work standards are met on a consistent basis by IST site employees.
6. Insures maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures.
7. Develops new procedures to improve the operation of the sites and to lower operating costs.
8. Manages, trains and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction.
9. Ensures the proper and safe use of all equipment used by employees.
10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics is preferred.
11. Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees both one-on-one and during meetings.
12. Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees.
13. Ability to prepare reports and present information to customers.
14. Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems.
15. Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service.
16. Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities.
Other responsibilities may include:
Operating multiple copy equipment
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
Ordering supplies
Updating employee lists
Maintain copier equipment
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Take direction from supervisor or site manager
Participate in cross-training
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
Adhere to all safety procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned
Back up receptionists and concierge
