Job Details
* Hours vary, but will average around 20 hours per week.
* This is a 6-month, paid internship.
* Job location is Plano, TX.
Marketing/Sales Managers - Both divisions needing Marketing/Sales Managers to assist the incoming CEO with reaching of specific sales goals. Must be proven sales leaders. Must be able to show examples of previous "from scratch" marketing initiatives.
Sales Reps - Both divisions needing Sales Reps to assist the incoming Marketing/Sales Managers with reaching of specific sales goals. Must be proven sales leaders. Right candidates will be assigned 5 state territories. Ten openings per division.
Telecom/Network Sales - Must have local outside sales experience. Experience in B2B selling of connectivity, infrastructure, phone systems, PBXs, network systems and components.
Code Compliance/ Service Sales - Must have local outside sales experience. Experience in B2B selling of code compliant parts/components, computer servers, service contracts, web-sites, and SEO/SEM.
Contract Sales - Must have local outside and governmental sales experience. Experience in B2B selling of service contracts and government bid sales experience
Telecom Field Techs - with Vioce and Data experience (multiple positions available):
Cabling Techs - Experienced only. BICSI certirfication preferred. Will train right candidates. Senior techs must know and demomstrate "no divers" cable bundling.
Switch Techs - Must have experience on at least one phone system (KSU/PBX). Preference given to techs with certifications. Will cross train right candidates.
Lead Tech & Project Mgrs - Must have demonstrated leadership experience of installing and troubleshooting computer networks, wireless APs, telephony, telephone switches and Voice Mails.
The Director of Operations will be a senior business leader with a proven track record of excellent quality results.
A minimum of 8-10 years business leadership experience in a professional services/consulting environment with direct experience in:
• Project management/methodology and implementation (large and small scale)
• Process optimization

• P&L management and responsibility
