<description><![CDATA[We are a local, web-based, electronics company looking for a person to help with day to day operations.  <br>
<br>
DUTIES:<br>
1. Answering technical support emails and phone calls<br>
2. Assisting with shipping (packing orders)<br>
3. Helping with light office duties (organizing inventory, trash, etc.)<br>
4. Daily runs to the post office at 5:30pm<br>
<br>
REQUIREMENTS:<br>
1. Ability to communicate clearly, and correctly, via email and on the phone.<br>
2. Intermediate computer and technical knowledge with a focus on MS Excel (an excel test will be given at some time)<br>
3. An intermediate to advanced understanding of computer components and the ability to explain very technical things to our customers in a simplified manner.  <br>
         -Hard Drives, Portable Hard Drives, and other forms of portable memory<br>
         -RAM and write speed<br>
         -File navigation<br>
<br>
<br>
HOURS:<br>
1. Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm.<br>
2. Possibly a few half day Saturdays early December to accommodate the increased holiday demand.<br>
