Private preschool in the Mckinney/Plano/Allen area is hiring for a Director of Curriculum. Applicant will be primarily responsible for implementing curriculum in preschool and prekindergarten classes. This will include mentoring/training teachers, performing teacher evaluations, maintaining supplies to support the curriculum, parent teacher conferences, child assessments, etc. Successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter, able to motivate/encourage teachers, and have a pure passion for education young children.
Requirements:
-5+ years teaching experience in preschool environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or higher
-Knowledge of the latest research and Texas programs in early childhood education
