Gymboree Play & Music offers developmental play, music and art classes for parents and children ages newborn to five years. Our programs are created by experts across many areas of child development and complemented by more than 30 years of expertise and leadership in the field.
Weekend Birthday Teacher will typically give 2 birthday parties on Saturdays and 2 birthday parties on Sundays afternoon. Additional substitute activities available.
At Gymboree, we take a playful and active approach to learning. We know that playing and learning are inextricably linked and our “whole child” approach helps children to build strong motor and social skills to better prepare them for school, all while having fun! Parents attend all classes with their children (with the exception of our School Skills class) as they explore unique songs, play instruments and games. Lesson plans and training are provided.
Teacher Skills/Qualifications
• Playful and energetic teaching style
• Group facilitation skills
• Love of singing, music, and teaching; pleasant and tuneful singing voice
• Experience working with young children a plus
• Retail experience a plus
