1. Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool.<br>

2. Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified candidates interested in full or part time employment.<br>
<br>
3. Conduct phone screens and determine candidate’s viability.<br>
<br>
4. Identify networking activities such as attending career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on technical schools, developing relationships with university’s and out-placement services.<br>
<br>
5. Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.<br>
<br>
6. Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate hourly wage.<br>
<br>
7. Maintain excellent documentation with the any of the company’s on-line systems as well as any hard files or recruiter metrics.<br>
<br>
8. Prepare personal action forms for presentation to recruiting administrative support team.<br>
<br>
9. Enter all open requests from the field into the recruiting metrics<br>
<br>
