Past concerts have included Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffet, George Strait, Rascal Flatts, EDGE Fest and OZZFest.

This is the primary position we hire for. We need people to carry a tub of product in the seats selling to the fans as they watch the event. Walking vendors sell products such as beer, soda, water, peanuts, cracker jacks, hot dogs, and many other items. This is a great opportunity to make money while being a part of an awesome environment. If you are hard working, self motivated and have a great personality than this is the perfect job for you.

How Do Vendors Make Money? � Every vendor has the same opportunity to make an excellent commission but some vendors do much better then others. What are the secrets of good vending? Successful vendors spend their time in the seating area where the fans are sitting. When you leave the vending location, take with you as much product as you can comfortably carry. Once you enter the seating area, make your way as quickly as possible to the bottom of a section isle. Once at the bottom of the isle, you want to quickly make your way up the isle advertising your product vocally by calling out and visually by holding the product up in the air. You want to scan the crowd making eye contact looking for potential sales. If at all possible try to make a sale near the bottom of the row so all the fans above you see you selling. This will significantly increase your chances of selling more in that section. You want to be polite to your customers and thank them for every transaction. You want to do your best to make sure you are not obstructing the view of the fans. You can achieve this by kneeling down when making a sale or quickly moving through the aisles.

Pay:

You will make a commission which is paid based on how much product you sell during the event. Commission rates for soccer games is 10% of net sales and for concerts is 8% of net sales. For all soccer games, you will receive your commission check after you are finished working. For all concerts, your commission check will be mailed to you 10 business days after the event. For all events, you will leave the stadium with your CASH TIPS. Keep in mind that sales tax is included in the products you sell. You do not receive commission on the sales tax portion of the sale price.

Uniform:

You are required to provide clean BLACK or TAN pants or shorts. NO Jeans, NO windpants. You will need to wear comfortable closed toe shoes such as tennis shoes or a work shoe in a black or white color. We will provide you with a uniform shirt and money apron to hold your change. Please make sure you are clean and odor free before work as you will be working very hard. Please make sure you are properly groomed and any offensive tattoos are covered.

Check-in location:

All EMS vendors will check-in on the east side of Pizza Hut Park. You will see two very large roll-up garage doors. This is where you will want to enter the stadium. If you get lost you can ask people where the beer vendors or foodservice workers enter and they will point you in the right direction. EMS works for Centerplate at Pizza Hut Park so if you are asked who you work for you can just say EMS or Centerplate to enter the stadium.

Worker Parking:

FREE worker parking is located on the South side of Pizza Hut Park on Main Street just across from the stadium. If this is full you can park on the Southeast corner lot at the stadium. Parking is limited so please arrive early. If working parking is full, you can park anywhere you can find a spot. EMS will not reimburse for any parking.

Stadium Directions:

From the South - take US 35E or US 45/75 north to Loop 635. From US 35E turn east, and from US 75 turn west, on 635 to reach the Dallas Tollway. Head north on the Tollway approximately 16 miles and the Stadium will be located on your right hand side at the intersection of Main St. and the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco. Or ... Go North on US 75 to 121 S. Take 121 S to the Dallas North Tollway, and there go North until you reach the intersection of Main and the Tollway.
From the East- travel west on 635 until you reach the Dallas North Tollway. Take the Tollway North to reach Main St. The stadium will be on your right hand side.
From the West - travel east on 635 until you reach the Dallas North Tollway. Take the Tollway North until you reach Main St. The stadium will be on your right hand side.
From the North - take US 35E or US 75 south to Highway 380. From US 35E go east, and from US 75 go west, on 380 to reach the Dallas Parkway. Go South on the Tollway to Main Street in Frisco, and the stadium will be on your left.

HealthPort, a one-source healthcare solutions provider, is currently seeking a Medical Records ROI Specialists to process medical records requests at local healthcare facilities in Frisco, TX.

This position is Monday-Friday, day-shift, and 40 hours per week. Position requires travel to local healthcare facilities to process medical records in Frisco.

This position is responsible for processing all release of information requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient�s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient�s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Completes release of information requests including retrieving patient�s medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record accurately and correctly and transmitting daily, according to requests, established procedures, and established standards of quality and productivity.
Date stamps all requests and highlights pertinent data to facilitate processing.
Validates requests and authorizations for release of medical information according to established procedures.
Performs quality checks on all work to assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and proper invoicing.
Maintain equipment in excellent operating condition (inside and out) and troubleshoot equipment issues with assistance from the Help Desk department.
Provides excellent customer service by being attentive and respectful; insures understanding of customer request and follows-through as promised; and being proactive in identifying client concerns, or problems.
May receive incoming requests including opening mail, assisting walk-ins and telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries, depending on the needs to the client.
Maintains a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance and observes the dress code established.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area, insures that records and files are properly stored before leaving area, insures adequate supplies to meet customer requests.
Maintains working knowledge of the existing state laws and fee structure
Complete and send in SWAR weekly activity reports at the end of each payroll cutoff
Notify District Manager if unable to adhere to daily schedule
Works within scope of position and direction; willingly accepts assignments and is available to take on additional facilities or help out during backlogs
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with HealthPort and client/site policies and procedures, including HIPAA, state/federal regulations related to operations, and labor regulations.
Maintains confidentiality, security and standards of ethics with all HealthPort and medical records information including storage and disposal.
Work with privileged information in a conscientious manner while releasing medical records in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner.
Performs other tasks as assigned including but not limited to the requirement to work at facilities in close proximity to your principal place of business as directed by the Service Specialist, Area Manager or District Manager when business needs dictate.

Desired Minimum Qualifications

Prior experience in a medical office or medical records department
Must have strong computer software experience � general working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
Must be willing and able to travel to multiple client sites throughout the day as needed
