Part Time - Personal Assistant/Maid Needed $12 - $15/hr paid daily

Residence:
North Dallas at Midway and George Bush
1 homeowner and small rat terrier dog
2500 sqft two story home
3bed/2.5 bath 3 living areas
Two upstairs bedrooms are used for home business.
Three people will be working from these offices.
Owner smokes in office
Little pet hair
All hardwood and tile
Hours:
Maid - Every other Monday 4-8 hours
Personal Assistant Weekly one to two times per week 4-8 hours (Flexible on day(s))
No Nights or Weekends
Pay:
$12 - $15/hr paid daily and based on cleaning experience.
Some additional pay for gas and toll tag (approx $5.00 - $10.00 based on distance driven)
Requirements: Must be VERY detail oriented, reliable, self sufficient, have reliable transportation, have cleaning experience, completely capable of caring for the home, owner, and dog, must be looking for a long term situation, etc,
Personal Assistant:
Run Errands
Grocery Store
Cleaners
Take Dog to vet
Personal shopping
Organizing a closet
Fill pool with water
Assist with light office work like scanning receipts
Etc.
Maid:
Professionally clean home (Must have experience, do not have time to train)
4-8 loads of Laundry (including clothes, linens on one bed, and towels)
1-2 loads of dishes (put away in specific location, glasses must not have spots on them)
