First Class Mortgage Banking Company is looking for an experienced DE Underwriter for the Frisco Location. Minimum of 3+ (current years) experience in Underwriting FHA and Conventional products is needed. VA LAPP is a plus. Must be willing to use mortgage skills to underwrite and insure all investor requirements are met while maintaining superior quality, aid in loan scenarios and mortgage origination problem solving. Must understand and be up to date on all Federal Regulations and Requirements. To succeed in this position the ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal skills, have a thorough understanding of mortgage underwriting, processing and closing procedures.
