Job Description
We are a fast growing company based in Plano, Tx looking for a crucial addition to our team. We are currently hiring an independent party to work as a short sale closing coordinator to assist in the management of critical processes involved with acquisition and sales of short sale transactions. This is not an easy position, sometimes it will require completion prior to deadlines that seem impossible. Some times it will seem boring because you are caught up with everything. But it will be a critical position in the company and will be rewarded as such.
Duties:
- Compile/Complete and review documentation
- Organize and coordinate financial packets for review
- Communicate/Update/support other team members/Clients in process
- Coordinate closings and ensure accuracy of communication among team
- Inspire, train, support future team members on company vision and processes.
Position will begin as part time and progress rapidly into full time, (likely within 3 months or less)
Pay:
Pay is full commission. Plus bonuses
Pay potential: 65,000+ per year + growth opportunities in to other positions paying much more.
Likely ramp up time will be 90 days or less, with earnings by 6 months or less
Hours:
Initially, we will begin at an “on call” probationary basis, upon proving compentency you will move to full time.
Ideal candidate:
Short Sale Mortgage Department of Major bank (preferred not required)
Some Mortgage and/or Title Agent experience
Self Motivated and willing to take initiative
Doesn’t need to be baby sat.
Ability to recognize what needs to be done, and will figure out how to get it done no matter the obstacle.
Escrow Agents and Mortgage Short Sale Closers are preferred, but others will be considered.
Required:
Able to provide a functioning laptop temporarily (mac preferred but not required)
Understanding of how to complete/review a HUD-1.
