We are seeking a talented and experienced computer and network technician to join our dynamic network and computer services enterprise. We are part of a national network of service providers that offer unique IT consultation, managed services, and pro-active support for small and medium sized businesses in the West Plano/North Dallas area. This position reports directly to the general manager and works to develop, direct, deliver and implement technical solutions for our clients. The position requires a candidate that is customer focused and team oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications and experience servicing a wide range of customers with many different applications is a significant plus.
The successful candidate will possess a working knowledge of and experience with:
Windows Based Workstations
Windows Server 2003
Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange
Network LANs, WANs, Firewalls, Security and VPN Setup
You must meet the required experience level and have skills equivalent to the certification standards listed below. If you have both the certifications and the experience we consider this a plus.
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Net+
CompTIA Security+
MCSE
Minimum five (5) years of hands-on experience
