Skills/ Requirements for Security/Guest Service
This individual will:
Provide first class customer service as well as the safety and security of all tenants/guests, in a positive and professional manner.
This role requires a person with an outgoing personality, polished communications skills, a presentable appearance and overall excellent customer service skills.
Associates are expected to go above and beyond to fulfill as best as possible, whatever wants or needs guests might have.
Flex Officers must have a flexible schedule (be able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts any day of the week) and are responsible for covering open posts, vacation leave, and temporary assignments. You must have prior security experience to qualify for this position. Starts at $11.00/Hour

REQUIREMENTS:
Available, reliable, and dependable transportation
Active residential and/or cell phone for IMMEDIATE contact
Minimum 21 years of age
Valid Texas Drivers License and clean driving record
Active Texas Private Security Licenses
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Security and/or Military experience is a plus
Fluent English skills: read, write, speak, and comprehension
MUST pass Drug Screen and Background Check (No Felonies, Class A or Class B Misdemeanors)
Must be able to work day, night, weekend, and holidays
Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time, conduct foot patrols of facility and perimeter, and work outside through all types of weather
Must be reliable, dependable, trustworthy, on time, maintain clean neat appearance, able to follow post orders, and willing to enforce client policies and procedures in a polite and professional manner
Must have an acute security awareness when on-duty, focused on the protection of client personnel, property, and assets
Must possess strong customer service skills, interact amicably with individuals, and be driven to exceed customer expectations
