I am a 25 y.o. female working professional. I am looking for a room to rent starting mid to late December. I prefer to live only with females. Preferences are below:

- Private bathroom
- Furnished room if available ( I can purchase my own furniture, if necessary)
- Rent is all inclusive (cable, internet, utilities, etc.)
- Prefer to live with someone between 22-35 y.o.
- Prefer to live with females
- Quiet, peacefule home in safe area (Irving or North Dallas or near that area; because of my job, I need to be near the DFW airport)
- Like upscale environment
- Very clean environment
- Washer & Dryer in home or apartment
