Synergy Broadcast has an opening for a Systems Specialist in our Field Service Group. This position installs and supports our products and solutions by working with customers providing Phone Support, On-Line Training, On-Site System Installation and On-Site Training.
The skill-sets necessary for success in this position include good verbal and written communication skills, solid computer hardware and software background, the ability to read technical drawings, build and run audio/video and network cables, train, trouble-shoot and document activities using our CRM system. Previous experience in broadcast automation, audio/visual integration and/or IP networks is a big plus.
