A national door and window warranty company is looking for a knowledgeable window and door expert to add to our growing office team.
Performs any combination of following duties to provide technical window and door support to techs/trainers in the field and to partner with our manufacturers:
Develops work goals and completes department projects. Entering and closing out issues into our database. Analyzing data presented from field techs to close issues sufficiently and effectively for our customers. To go out into field and physically complete door/window repairs, installs and inspections occasionally. Demonstrate a great attitude, effective communication, and is exceptional at problem solving.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a team environment
Some field work required
Pass a Background Check
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Extensive knowledge:
Vinyl, aluminum and wood windows
Fiberglass, steel and wood doors
