NetSuccess has a lead technical position available overseeing and directing technical resources. The ideal candidate must have creative software and database design experience with strong OOP skills. This position requires that 30% of your time be spent developing and 70% directing resources. Specific responsibilities for the PHP Developer include:
•Developing new solutions using industry standard technologies (specifically HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL)
•Suggesting code optimizations to improve the scalability of the applications and maximize performance
•Demonstrating strong understanding of web application architecture and object-oriented technology
•Supervise part time or full time entry level developer (Coming onboard in 60 days) who will perform light web development and will trouble shoot work tickets
•Participate in client meetings where development is discussed.
•Must provide full understanding of client needs, take notes at project meeting, distribute notes to all appropriate resources and follow up on all development tasks.
•Maintain fluid and seamless communication between Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on every project and every ticket.
•Oversee estimates from all resources including contractors, offshore, and consultants
•Verify hours, verify bids, verify compliance to NetSuccess development standards; timeliness, and quality of work, and work with the mindset of improving agency profitability
•Work as team member to prevent scope creep on projects
•Suggest opportunities for business development and assist in preparing and executing change orders/ATP’s.
•Increase revenue for each NetSuccess account as possible
•Provide input and updates to NetSuccess Development Standards Document
•Participate in Social Media in accordance with NetSuccess Social Media strategy

QUALIFICATIONS
•2+ years of hands-on PHP
•2+ years of experience with MySQL, HTML and Javascript
•Working knowledge of PHP5 and OOP encouraged
•Ability to work very well under pressure
•Excellent multitasking capabilities
•Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Detail oriented self starter
