<b>Principal Duties:</b><br>

Keeping properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, property showings for prospective tenants. <br>
Generating rental agreements, selecting qualified tenants, collecting deposits and rents, enforcing terms of rental agreements, resolving tenant complaints and overseeing eviction proceedings if necessary. <br>
<br>
Keeping financial records from property operations, and assisting manager with creating monthly financial reports for property owner. <br>
Scheduling maintenance and repairs, negotiating contracts with vendors, regularly inspecting property to ensure good working order, quickly resolving emergency maintenance issues swiftly and tactfully. <br>

<b>Knowledge & Skills Needed:</b><br>

Strong interpersonal & business communication skills <br>
High level of organization and attention to detail <br>
Knowledge of Excel and MS Word / Familiarity with QuickBooks helpful <br>

The company has doubled in size over the last year, has had phenomenal sales and has continued to add well-known clientele to their portfolio's.   The desired candidates would have led a team of 8 or more individuals, handling up to 1800+ calls a day.   Managers will be responsible for employee reviews, reports on performance for bonus calculations and training team members on updated policies and procedures to be compliant with federal laws.   <br>

Extensive Credit Check, Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen will be required!<br>
Flexible with working hours including some evenings and weekends <br>
(3 – days 8-5pm, 2-evenings 11-8pm per week, every other Saturday as well as  some Sunday afternoons or 3-days 10-7, 2 evenings 2-11pm)<br>
