<description><![CDATA[i'm at the end of my rope, and i truly need someone to help me.  i was convicted of a felony more than 10 years ago and i'm still paying for it today.  i lost my job in June, due to the economy, the company that i worked for was forced to close down. leaving me and my 9 year old son in a 3brm house, and an unemployment check that was no where near the amount that i needed to pay the rent and my carnote alone. not to mention the other bills. but yet and still i applied for job after job after job. in the meantime, my car has been repoed, my electricity disconnected along with my gas.   i know that the LORD will answer my prayers, so i continue to pray and have faith that help is on the way.  well this letter was fueled by the eviction notice that i just recieved in the mail.  i haven't been able to pay my rent on time in 3 months. i've been forced to pawn everything in my house to survive, including my sons bike and game system.  and it hurts me to hear him say that all he wants for x-mas is his belongings out of the pawn shop. i don't know what to do.  i went to the ministries to get help with my bills and i was turned away, i was told because i could have prevented my situation.  and only the LORD knows that i am trying. but maybe there is someone out there that can help me and my son. with either a job or a place to stay.  i don't have any money at this time, but i am willing to work hard for anything that i am blessed with.  i'm not looking for any type of handout. i am a very hard worker and honest person.  please if you find it in  your heart to help me, may the LORD bless you.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Im looking to rent a house in the mckinney area.  Im trying to find someone interested in buying a cheap house, maybe a forclosure, and fixing it up.  I would be willing to do most of the improvements myself.  I grew-up in an old house that we remodeled, so im pretty handy with just about anything.  Im looking for something with two bedrooms, a decent yard, and maybe a garage.  My credit isnt the best, but i can provide employment history with the same job for the past three years (I was in the military before that) and monthly income. Ive been renting from the same guy for the past two years.  Please feel free to write or call with any ideas.  My plan is to buy a house within the next few years, so i would be willing to sign a longer lease if that helps. <description><![CDATA[I will be moving back to the DFW area between February and June.  I know this is a large window, but I'm patiently going to search for the right home.  My rental history is flawed, but not due to me not paying rent or paying late.  I have ALWAYS paid rent on time, unfortunately I had to break a lease back in 2006 and after discussing options with my apartment manager, I was told that if I gave them a 60 day noticI e I would not have to pay for breaking my lease.  Well between then and actually moving 2 months later management changed and 2 weeks after I moved out I was told that I owed a ridiculous amount of money for breaking my lease early.  I was naive, and unfortunately didn't get anything in writing so as far as I know that is still on my credit.  I have rented with landlords who were willing to see past that and that's what I'm looking for.
<br>
Now I know imperfect rental history may not make me the most desirable leasor, but I have some positives to bring to the table.  I am willing to pay First and last months rent AND deposit just as a show of good faith that I will ALWAYS be ahead on my rent.  I am looking for a newer home and I prefer to find a homeowner who is selling there home and willing to allow me rent-to-own.  I have a 7 year old and I want to live in a good area with families.  I would like to be close to her elementary school.

I would be happy to discuss further.  Right now, I'mexploring my options.  Please send pics of your home as well as rent per month and if you are looking to rent or rent to own.  Also, any information you can provide about the neighborhood and schools would be excellent.

Unfortunately due to our credit situation we are unable to go through a Realtor, since they pull credit scores.  We would need a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Also a large living area, so we can open our home weekly to host a life group and a trendsetters meetings for our church.
