Due to spouse's relocation we will be moving to the north Dallas area. We would like to rent, lease purchase, assume lease or owner finance (with 24 month balloon) on a house preferably with a pool/hot tub. We can do a minimum of 3 months (for temp rental) or as long as 24 months for a lease and/or lease purchases. Willing to look at all deals and see if we can work something out.

Our #1 goal is to find a property to purchase (140-200K range maybe more depending on the deal) so we can take advantage of the tax break. My Fiance is a 34 year old single mother of 3 (father not in picture for 9 years - no contact at all). She has been a cancer patient for the past 12 years.
