I replaced all the lights with fluorescent bulbs. My refrigeration devices and appliances are all energy star. In my six years of monitoring and collecting money for the bills, they can be exceptionally reasonable. The range I have seen is from $60 to $150 month/ per person, depending on the season and the climate control usage. On average, consider bills to be around $100 month/ per person. For ecofriendly individuals, even in seasonal weather, it can be more towards the $60.
I am inclined to order the Verizon HD tv and internet. While just an option, I want to be able to print empirical journaling at the house, and I currently cannot.

Kitchen is only partially stocked with cooking utensils, so you would most likely need your own equipment for cooking. There is a full size fridge and microwave, along with an electric oven and hood vent. The pantry is spacious and has one set of shelves but that space can be available for washer/dryer connection. There is a facility here which has washers/dryers at 1$ a load, wash or dry.
There is my room and a full size bathroom as well which I and any guests would use. Your room would be the Master bedroom, though. I can't remember the exact dimensions, but I know it is slightly larger than 10'X10'. It has a walk-in closet with shelves along with an in-room full-sized bathroom. No shower curtain, you would have to provide. The room is next to the front door with one window in it. The room is across the house from mine, so you'd sooner wake the neighbors than me with noise.
Rent is 380$ a month (based on square footage of your room and sharing the rest of the house's common quarters). I have Fios internet which runs roughly 50 a month. We would split this evenly if you wish to use internet (which is wireless and has a plug which would only require a male-to-male adapter and a short ethernet cable. Water usually runs about 20-25$ a month per person, and electric is usually between 60-90 depending on how much electricity you use. I usually have the air off to save money, and the house still stays (usually) at a hospitable temperature.
The move in date is December 31st, and not a day before. I have someone living here already, and that's when he would move out (provided he does not get a job in time). I would require you put your name to the lease BEFORE moving in. There is, as I recall, a simple bank account check and maybe a credit check to make sure you can handle the bills, etc. There is also a 40$ application fee.
No pets please, I no longer have patience for the mess they cause. If you don't have the application fee + 380$ for rent (no use in paying for utilities until you've actually used them a month), then don't even contact me please. I can't help you financially.
