Your bedroom is at the end of the hall and around the corner, so it is pretty private. The bathroom is across the hall from your room and there's a linen closet that is all yours across the hall from your room also. I am pretty hot natured, so if you're cold natured, this would not be the house for you. I stay in my bedroom a lot because my t.v. is in there and also my office and I do my small business' work in there also. I am a very quiet person and don't socialize a lot, although I am not unsociable. If you just kind of like to keep to yourself and prefer to be left alone, then this is the spot for you. You will pretty much feel that you live here alone. There is a bedroom that will be next door to yours that will be rented to a male also, and you will share the bathroom with. I try to rent to two people who have some things in common (at least not opposites). Since this house is located close to many of the companies who hire a lot of IT people, I tend to rent to a lot of IT guys. I am renting to someone on Nov 15th and to someone on Nov 30th, so I will be able to introduce the people and get some feedback from you in choosing the other person. There is absolutely NO DRUGS to be brought here! I don't like picky, gripey people. Life is too short! Nothing is so big that it should cause two grown people to not get along. You know?
