I live in Ft. Worth and have a piece of oceanfront property I want to purchase as an investment. It is in Nova Scotia, Canada. I have a credit score of approximately 520 because of a bad economic downturn, but I am straightened out and can make payments with some money down. I am in need of $65,000 and I will use the land as collateral. I am looking at this as an investment and I need someone who can lend for real estate empty land in Canada.

Preferably looking at a 15 year with 8% - 9% interest.
