it's an closed community apartment. comes fully furnished. washer/dryer in included. cable. pool. entire building is wi-fi. cybercafe on the first floor as well as game room, entertainment room and study room. 550 a month all bill paid except electric. my electric bill has averaged around 20 dollars. brand new aparments sp everything is new and it's at walking distance from UTA so it is great for students. its a four bedroom apartment so there is three other guys living there. they are all students at UTA and are very easy to get along with and are really down to earth and never gave me any trouble for anything. the apartments are about ten min drive from Texas Stadium and Arlington ballpark. very nice community.
