This guy has had it rough. He is getting used to getting fed 2x a day, getting treats and being petted. He was rescued from a very bad situation and needs a forever home. He is kept in a pasture next to another stallion with only hotwire inbetween them with no aggression problems. He is halter broke and I was told he has 2-3 rides on him, but I can't be positive. I was told he was around 7 years old. He definately has trust issues and it will take some time to get over being starved and treated poorly . He has been dewormed and is putting on weight. I think he would make a really nice kid sized ride (14hh), once he is a gelding.

I don't want the money for him, I am asking that the buyer donate the sale price to a local horse rescue. If you don't have the cash, donated hay or tack/equiptment to the horse rescue would be acceptable.
I would like references and I will take the time to see his new home. A great home is the most important thing for him.

Our foals are grained twice daily from the day they are weaned. They are fed high quality coastal and alfalfa hay.

This colt has a lot of the old foundation cowhorse breeding. He is quick on his feet and should make an awesome performance prospect. His color will get you noticed for sure. He is a light Dun/Buckskin Color with a Peachy/Red tint. His mane and tail are black underneath, and he has blonde and red highlights on top. He has a dark, thick dorsal stripe and leg barring. He also has a lot of roaning, which will make him very light in his body coloring during the summer months, and darker as shown in the pics in the winter.

His pedigree is not listed on Allbreed's - but you can pull up both of his parents - Dam - Whata Nifty Hannah (Smokey black AQHA mare) and his Sire - Im Dun Teasin (Red Dun Roan AQHA Stallion). I have some telephone poles to sell. They are in great condition average length is 30-35 feet long, all uniform in diameter. These poles have never been in the ground.

Prices range from $60-$100.The difference in price is because some of the poles got caught in a small grass fire and are a little charred. The more charred ones are $60, less charred are $80. Perfect poles are $100. This price is per pole. All poles are structurally fine. We are building a pole barn out of the $60 poles. You can actually just tap the char off and see the good wood underneath. They are in really good shape.

We have a tractor help to load them and we can cut them to size (for an additional cost) if you would like and we can deliver them (for an additional cost).

Awesome BITLESS Suffolk Punch/QH cross 2.5 yr old gelding (Joshua) $3500

Parker James, or "PJ" as we call him, is a 2 1/2 year old Suffolk Punch/QH Cross that stands about 15.1 hands now. He is powerfully built and stout, but with speed and great agility as well. He is a beautiful golden sorrel gelding with a flaxen mane, tail, and points. He has great feet and is currently being trimmed by a Natural Hoof Care Trimmer.
Parker has just recently finished 60 days professional training. His trainer uses Clinton Anderson�s techniques with fabulous results. She has also used only a haltamore on him and he is extremely light and responsive to the pressure. He has been exposed to a bit, but doesn�t really need one for trail riding.
Although he is green he is quiet, due the draft side of his parentage. He has been on several trail rides to the Grasslands and Mineral Wells State Park and did extremely well. He was very willing to do anything asked of him with very little persuasion. These were real trail rides not just a 1 hour ride but 3 and 4 hour rides with hills, water, other horses, and many other obstacles. He actually experienced a helicopter taking off nearby during a ride at Mineral Wells, and barely gave it a second glance! How�s that for desensitization!!
Parker�s personality is very friendly and extremely loving. He loves attention and grooming and he has looks to spare. He is good for the farrier and trailers nicely. Parker is ready to go whatever direction you would like to take him. He is not a beginner horse yet, due to his age but could very quickly become one! He just needs miles now. We will continue to ride him at least 2-3 times a week, seasoning him until he is sold.
This awesome horse is available for $3500 by himself or you can package him with either a 30 or 60 package. The price for the entire 30 day package that includes 30 days boarding at our facility, 4 1 hour riding lessons, and delivery to his new home once package is completed is $3800, and if you'd like to add an additional 30 days, add another $200.
An optional complete tack package is also available if desired. Packages start at $400. The package will include 1 rope halter and lead, 1 headstall, 1 bit, or bosal, one set of reins, (split or roper, your choice), 1 western saddle with stirrups, (synthetic or leather), 1 girth, 1 off billet, 1 cinch, and 1 saddle pad. Excellent quality wool saddle blankets are available as well in your choice of colors, but our choice of patterns, depending on what's available, separately, starting at $75. (Parker looks AMAZING in hunter green, by the way!!)

Dolly is a 20yr young QH mare that still truly believes she's 6!! This girl can GO GO GO!!! We know for a fact that she was trained as a cutting horse as a 3yr old and we also know she was used as a playday horse by her former owner's daughter, so she knows all the playday events. She was never patterned for barrels as far as we know, but she's smart and will figure them out in no time flat if you want her to. Her AQHA registry papers were lost by her former owner and her registered name has been long forgotten. What we also know is that Dolly is fast, needs a job, and has several good years left to run her heart out for you. She was completely checked over by our vet who is a performance horse specialist, and he says that with proper care, (she is 20 after all, in spite of what she thinks!!) Dolly will be an awesome playday horse for a smaller adult or older child, intermediate or better, rider that isn't afraid of her speed. She is NOT a horse for a beginner. Dolly is a 15h solid liver chestnut mare and is built like a tank. She certainly doesn't look her age!! It's easy to see her foundation breeding even if you don't have her registration papers. Her ground manners are perfect. In spite of all her speed when you ride her, on the ground, she's an angel. She leads, loads, stands tied, bathes, clips, is good with her feet for the farrier, she's easy to catch, and she LOVES to be groomed. She will meet you at the gate with a nicker in the morning and she will allow you to give her all the cookies you want. She is super friendly and super sweet.
