How well would a washing machine work if it didn’t tumble the clothes around first? If both process’ are not used, then you will have more dirt left in your carpet than you should have. I use top rated products and offer a wide variety of services. I also offer flood clean up services.


My cleaning process for carpets:

STEP 1---VACUUM CARPETS WITH TOP QUALITY VACUUM.
STEP 2--- PRE SPOT ALL CARPETS ESPECIALLY STAINS AND TRAFFIC AREAS
STEP 3--- POWER SCRUB CARPET WITH A ROARY SHAMPOO MACHINE
STEP 4--- EXTRACT DIRT AND WATER WITH A COMMERCIAL EXTRACTOR AND DEODORIZE ALL CARPETS.
STEP 5---TREAT TOUGH STAINS USING A SPOT REMOVAL KIT.

My reasonable rates:

$25.00 per room (up to 180 square feet) for the first 3 rooms
$15.0 per room afterward (with basic furniture moved)
$10.00 per 18 feet of hallway
$15.00 per stairway per floor

My cleaning process for upholstery:

STEP 1---VACUUM UPHOLSTERY WITH TOP QUALITY VACUUM.

FLOOD CLEAN UP SERVICES

Priced on a per job basis. Too many variables to even begin a pricing structure. However I’ll do the job right and won’t cost thousands of dollars like the “restoration” companies. Nothing against them, they do a good job but simply they charge way too much.


Adjustments can be made on a job by job basis depending on the condition of the carpet.

Priced on a per job basis. Too many variables to even begin a pricing structure. However I’ll do the job right and won’t cost thousands of dollars like the “restoration” companies. Nothing against them, they do a good job but simply they charge way too much.


Adjustments can be made on a job by job basis depending on the condition of the carpet.
