FYI Television, Inc. is a multi-million dollar operation whose client list includes companies that use television scheduled, program descriptions and other television content for online, onscreen and print products. Some of the companies that use FYI Television’s content are: AT&T, Microsoft, MeeVee, Real Networks, Charter Communications, CNHI, Comcast, Freedom, Gannett, Horizon, McClatchy, Morris, NY Times, Scripps, Time Warner Cable, Verizon, and Viamedia as well as many other daily and weekly newspapers throughout the United States. Overall, the information supplied by FYI Television reaches over 40 million viewers daily.
Television Schedule Editor: Responsible for inputting television schedule information into FYI database files for display onscreen, online and in print. Position requirements include: PC familiarity, superior data entry (minimum typing speed of 35 wpm) and proofing skills, the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

All positions start at $9.00/hour

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
Type at least 35+ wpm
Excellent grammar and spelling skills
Excellent communication skills including ability to speak with outside industry partners in a professional manner
Ability to use all tools provided for research
Must be a team player
Ability to multi-task
Neat and professional appearance
Pay will start at 400ish per event for photography and 250-500 for video. Do not want established companies looking for additional work. There will be a non-compete and non-paid training provided.
Looking for just the event coverage (usually Saturdays) and whatever time it takes to edit your material.
