As our Pharmacy Applications Support Specialist, based in our Dallas, Texas office, you will support the operating functions of our pharmacies to ensure they can efficiently process and fill prescriptions and receive payment from insurance companies. Strong working knowledge of pharmacy operating systems, preferably PDX, will allow you to easily transition into this role that requires manipulating the back-end of the operating system. This knowledge will also allow you to quickly and effectively troubleshoot different aspects of rejections due to incorrect billing information or inappropriate software set up. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail lend to your ability to conduct competitive pricing research and analysis, ensure that our prices are current and maintain excellent records of that research.
