<description><![CDATA[Here's the deal - I have a small 1100 sq foot house with 3 bedrooms, two living areas, kitchen, bathroom and utility room.  It's a converted single wide mobile home with an addition (two of the bedrooms and one large living area).  It's in the country, about 40 miles west of Weatherford - sits on about 4 acres.  Nice and quiet - basic, but functional.  Window units for A/C, no central heat, has new gas water heater and oven.  It has its own well and septic, propane and electric and is a pretty efficient place to live.  I have a business nearby and need a caretaker to do mowing, weed eating, trash cleanup, some fence painting, general caretaker duties in exchange for the rent.  I figure about 12 - 15 hours per week is fair.  If you decide to get another job in addition, that's fine, but I still need the caretaker duties performed.  There is also an opportunity to do automobile detailing for additional $$, if you show the aptitude for that.  We have had our share of renters and are not interested in people who cannot clean up after themselves or who destroy the property.  Non-smokers only need apply.  One small inside pet (canine) is fine.  No cats -we have too many out here to start with.<br>
I'm interested in retired folks or persons who recognize this is not the city and are OK living out in the country.  We will structure this as a straight up business arrangement with a real lease.  Your labor will apply toward the rent.  If you want more work, we have plenty and will pay you for what you can do or could work out a deal on the utilities.<br>
