� Conduct repair experiments to prove/disprove theories. Quantify information from experiments to support decision making.
� Effectively gather and analyze data relevant to repair processes, failure analysis efforts, and repair experiments to prove out new repair methods
� Present project status updates to Refurb management team
� Ensure that all applicable Refurb processes have the necessary integrity to ensure the Refurb product meets standards
� Document and publicize/train associates on necessary process information
� Maintain equipment (buffing, reflow, repair, QA/test), diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs
� Communicate with equipment manufacturers and maintenance personnel to minimize equipment down time
