Entry Level Blogger, Internet Marketing & Design (Richardson, TX)
Just Say YES, a fulltime nonprofit youth services company equipping youth to make healthy choices utilizing speakers, film, and curricula, is currently seeking an entry-level Internet Marketing & Design Associate in Richardson, TX. Candidate must have some website design experience, project management capabilities and be skilled in content writing/reviewing text for the web. Will support the Director of Technology with identification of text/imagery web content and site placement for promotions, features, and corresponding online media for placement on client’s website. Must be able to follow brand guidelines and strategize / report on placement activity. Must have good understanding of website functionality, Internet, search engines and browser functionality.
Additionally, as needed, will support the three screen film technician with the setup and presentation of three 14’X11’ screens, projectors, and sound equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with all areas of Marketing to determine content needs and best placement of web content based on established business objectives and management directive; Reviews all content to ensure consistency and adherence to established brand guidelines. Coordinates the publication and site placement of promotional content, product images, and copy on client’s website for Internet Marketing. Participates in the content development and/or content review process by recommending site copy, navigation, layout, links, etc as needed. Writes text for non complex assignments and seeks guidance/approval for all complex projects. Compiles data, tracks and generates ad hoc reports detailing site performance, via web metrics, as requested by the Manager, Internet Marketing. Attends Creative Services status meetings and coordinates all projects to ensure no scheduling conflicts exist; Identifies and reports any scheduling conflicts to respective business units for handling. Updates and maintains the Internet Marketing Calendar daily and traffics web updates through Internet Marketing. Conducts maintenance and data entry to the website as needed.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Associates degree in Marketing, Web Design or related field preferred; Prefer a minimum one year of experience publishing web content. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Compensation: $14/hr
