Must be willing to sign a minimum 1yr lease, 3yr lease preferred.
Pets may be accepted on a case by case basis, with deposit for each, but keep in mind there is no enclosed yard at this time (tenant may add fenced yard or cable dog runs or use GPS collars).
Can come furnished or unfurnished.
