I currently live at an apartment community in the Cedar Springs area, and they’re offering up to 10 weeks free on units right now. The property also has a strong resident referral program, so I figured if someone is already looking for a place, it could be a good opportunity for both of us to come up a little.
Rent start at around 1100 and go up from there. There's multiple units available one and two bedroom. Everything else is normal. You still have to be able to make enough money to get the apartment and pass it background and all that but the deals 10 weeks free is just nuts. Take advantage of if you can.
To give you a realistic idea of what the promotion can mean:
• If rent is $1,100/month → 10 weeks free ≈ $2,750 in rent savings
• If rent is $1,400/month → 10 weeks free ≈ $3,500 in rent savings
The leasing office usually applies the concession during certain months of the lease instead of spreading it evenly. Most commonly it’s applied after the first month, often during the 3rd and 5th month, and sometimes during the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th months depending on the structure of the promotion.
Side note: Some residents choose to self-prorate the savings themselves. The office will apply the free months normally, but if you pay a little more during those concession months you can effectively stretch the savings across the lease.
Other move-in perks:
• Up to 10 weeks free on select units
• Move-in prize wheel with chances to win additional discounts or perks
To secure the promotion you usually need to tour and apply the same day for the unit you want.
If you’re interested, reach out to me and I’ll give you all the details—current pricing, available floor plans, and how to get the promotion when you tour.
Like I mentioned at the beginning, I live here and the property is offering a solid referral program, so if you’re already planning to move somewhere in the Cedar Springs area, this could work out well for both of us. Send me a message and I’ll share the information.
