We have a stroller made by Chicco for $25. Even the cheapest stroller can retail for over $100! It has a bottom basket and the main cushioned seat. This is made for children up to 50 lbs. The sun-proofing fabric is removable. The seat has seatbelts. It also has a cup holder and storage in front of the handle bar. The plastic casters can be locked down. The whole piece does have some cosmetic wear like on the handles and wheels but overall, it is still solid and ready for your child.
