This is a Eubanks 2650 Wire Cutting and Stripping machine. Serial number 8771. Will cut wire of various gauges to consistent length and strips both ends. Includes many spare parts. Documentation on how to use the machine is included.

I have used this for several years to cut 18 gauge and 16 gauge wire to length (6 inches to 15 feet) and strip each end. It has been very dependable and consistent.
