14' Jon Boat no title with good breakover trailer - $500 (Cedar Hill)

I got this boat from a seller on Facebook and have had it out on the lake a few times this year. It has no motor, so no title or registration is necessary.
The trailer is in good shape, but the lights don't work. I bought and installed new safety chains and a rolling swivel jack on the trailer and was going to replace the wiring but never got around to it. The trailer can definitely hold the wiring without a problem. It is in good shape.
I am including an anchor, rope, and oars. Two new tires that hold air and one with a slow leak. This boat floats great and has no leaks... maybe just a drip, but I couldn't tell if it was my fishing pole dripping on the bottom or just a drip of a leak... anyway, if it leaks, it's maybe a thimble over many hours.
