A Dallas-based company developing a metal modular construction system is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate. Our buildings are fabricated off-site and assembled on location using repeatable modular units, allowing projects to be delivered significantly faster than traditional construction. The system allows buildings to expand horizontally or vertically and in some cases be relocated or repurposed later.
The company focuses on designing, fabricating, and delivering modular houses, student housing, and commercial buildings using metal, modular, and panelized construction methods. Our showroom and fabrication shop are located in Dallas.
The Business Development Associate will help identify new opportunities and build relationships with organizations that may benefit from faster construction timelines. This may include developers, universities, housing groups, and commercial property owners. The role involves researching potential projects, initiating outreach, setting meetings, and helping introduce our modular system to potential partners.
The ideal candidate has experience in business development, construction, real estate, architecture, or development-related fields. Strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with decision makers, and a self-driven approach are important. Knowledge of the construction or development industry is a plus.
Compensation may include base pay and performance-based commissions depending on experience.
