Bought new for a wedding, special ordered with extra length (an upcharge) and it came to me super long so was able to hem it to the exact length I wanted. I'm 5'9" and wore 4 inch heels and it was hemmed to fit that. It is definitely still very long and would be too long for most people, probably. (That's me in the last pic in the middle, the tall one!) It is about 58" from the top of one side of the dress to the bottom of the hem.
It is dry cleaned, in great condition-it's gorgeous and excellent quality, MUCH better than David's Bridal, etc. I don't remember if I altered the top, but if I did, it wasn't much. I would say that it's a true size 14. Just don't need anymore and clearing out a closet. It has been sitting in a closet clean, secure in the plastic bag alongside other dresses for about 10 years, wedding was in 2012.
