The "Dallas Dance Festival" is a Country Western Dance event and competition held in Dallas Texas each November. It is a part of the UCWDC Dance circuit and one of the qualifying events for the UCWDC World Championships of Country Dance.
This bag was one of the gifts given to competitors at the event.
