The artist is Donald Vann, Cherokee. I purchased this art from him. This drawing is called "Offering of Peace".

The drawing shows Donald returning from a Vietnam combat mission. Notice the eagle feather in his left hand. Also, at this point he is being approached by his guardian angel and being made an "Offering of Peace".

This drawing is signed and numbered by Donald, 234/1100 and museum framed, 19" x 12"
