I hold a Computer Science degree from Oklahoma Christian University (graduated with Honors, Academic All-American), and I've earned 20+ consecutive years of top-tier performance evaluations throughout my career.

Rate: $75 per hour — one hour minimum (includes travel time to your location)
$50 per hour — one hour minimum (remote sessions)
Why I'm different: Most "computer guys" learned on the job. I built and secured enterprise networks for over two decades — including firewall management, malware mitigation, vendor oversight, and continuity of operations planning. The same care I brought to corporate systems, I now bring to your home Wi-Fi, your grandmother's iPad, and your smart TV that won't connect to Netflix.
I have a special focus on helping seniors — patient, respectful, no rushing, no condescension. But this service is for anyone who'd rather have a real professional sit with them and fix the problem than spend two hours on hold with offshore tech support.
