I'm a mature and experienced PC technician who can repair most desktop PC hardware and Windows Operating System issues including password resets. I can also assist you with hard drive data recovery issues.

I’ll diagnose your PC problem and give you an up-front estimate. My in-home shop is located in Coppell, TX in Northwest Dallas County. I am not currently doing on-site visits. I have an associate I can refer you to for those needs.

For new and existing customers, I offer remote support service and telephone support. I may be able to diagnose or even fix your PC remotely if you have a working broadband connection. My in-shop rate applies for these services. Call for details.

Rates: My in-shop labor rate is only $35 per hour including Remote Support Service and Telephone Support. Hourly rates are billed in 1/2 hour increments. There is a one hour minimum. Parts are at my cost plus 20%.

Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2019, 2021 or 2024 Installs: I do not sell this software separately but I can install it on your Windows PC (Laptop or Desktop) for a fee of $50 for Office 2019, $75 for Office 2021 or $100 for Office 2024.

As a precaution, I remove malicious software from your computer and correct errors in the Registry prior to installing it. This service is included in the installation fee.

Office 2019 Professional Plus includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access and OneNote.

Office 2021 Professional Plus includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access, OneNote and Teams.

Office 2024 Professional Plus is the latest version of the Office Suite and includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, OneNote and Teams.

This is a legitimate permanent "On-Premise" installation not a trial. I use a legal product key issued by Microsoft and I provide you with a copy of it when you pick up your computer.

This service is provided by appointment only and in most cases your computer will be ready to pick up in an hour or two.

I provide service to private individuals only. I refer business customers to others.
