About Us:
WaveMAX is a modern, clean, and friendly laundromat located in Dallas. We offer self-serve and wash/dry/fold (drop off) service.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist customers with card systems, washers, dryers, and vending machines
• Perform wash-dry-fold services following company procedures
• Load and operate washers and dryers using proper weight and settings
• Fold, bag, and prepare laundry for customer pickup
• Clean lint filters and report any equipment issues to management
• Maintain store cleanliness, including machines, counters, floors, trash, and restrooms
• Handle sales of laundry supplies
• Wear uniform and attend staff meetings as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Can lift up to 40 lbs
• Pays attention to detail
• Basic computer skills or knowledge (for using POS or laundry systems)
• Bonus: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Bonus: Experience in customer service or laundry (not required)
Our hours of operation are 7 AM -10 PM 7 days a week, looking for attendants to fill all shifts.
