Employment Solutions of New York (ESNY) is currently seeking SEVERAL skilled and experienced Customer Service Representatives, available to work in the Irving area.
Our CSR’s are responsible for answering inbound calls all while providing superior customer service in a skilled and knowledgeable manner. Some duties to include, but not limited to…account management, handling disputes, provide billing information, taking payments, and other tasks as assigned.
Experienced Customer Service Representatives will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to multi-task while being detail oriented, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be computer literate.
Qualified candidates will:
* Have previous CSR experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Have excellent CSR and communications skills
* Have a strong work ethic
* Have the ability to multi-task, while being detail orientated
* Be able to work in a fast pace work environment
* Be computer literate
* Have a High school diploma/GED/ or Equivalent
These are full time positions, and will require a flexible work schedule. Training will be Monday – Friday, 8a – 5pm. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8a – 6pm. Saturdays, 9:30am – 5:30pm.
