One of a kind; one owner since 1999. I bought the unit and had Regency Conversions (who is no longer in business) do the conversion. Milage showing on the odometer is 366,193; but I had a new Ford 5.4 V8 engine (that I bought new directly from 5 Star Ford Automotive) in it November 2019. I have not driven it much since then so only have 52,664 on the new motor. It has been extremely well maintained throughout it life. The photos tell the story. Never in a serious accident. Great van for long trips. This is the extended version; actual overall length is 229 and the fold out bed in rear was what the Regency folks called a king size. Got lot of extras that will go with it; snow chains, extra doghouse, extra lower dash panel for the passanger side. Had completely new interior carpet put in 2021; 4 new BF Goodrich tires at 320K; new VanTrue rear view camera put in 2/27/23; new fancy radio last year that I still dont know how to operate, a new Ford motorcraft battery with 3 yr warranty last year; various hitches for different heights, drop down; straight out; partial drop; hitch for pulling an airstream. Only reason I am not pulling the Airstream with it now is last winter I slipped on ice and tore out my fema both sides. Just cant do what I use to or I would still be pulling it. I have a complete list of everything done to it since purchase in 1999. The unit has a 4.56:1 Ring and pinion put in 2010. At the time I was pulling a 32+ ft. airstream trailer then and wanted more pull power. No longer have the trailer but ring and pinion in the unit works just fine so I have not changed back to higher ratio; but, I still have the 3.53 ring and pinion in storage that will also go with the unit if someone wants to change back for some reason. I even had extra leaf but in springs on both sides so it can carry extra hitch weight. Included is the Wiring Diagram Manual as well as the Workshop Manuals, Volumn I and II, for the 1999 Van. Most repair shops want have these manuals.
