Alcove, a shared housing company, currently has open positions for part time contractors (vendors). We are looking for a few new vendors to complete tasks such as:
New Applicant Tours
Property Inspections
Marketing Photos and Videos
Basic Property Cleaning
Handyman work
All training is provided by Alcove and no prior skills or experience are necessary.
We are also in search of skilled labor such as:
Painters
Carpet Cleaners
Deep Property Cleaning (basic property cleaning is covered in our training, see above)
A portfolio will need to be submitted for skilled services before services are scheduled.
Vendors are paid by the job, based on the skill and length of job. Before confirming the job, pay will be shown. Typically vendors average $30-$40 per hour and 5-20 working hours a week. It’s up to you how much you want to work!
