This beauty is a compliment to any radio station and most likely one of a kind. This is a 40s model mic that I installed all the parts from a D104 in to this Awsome telephone operator mic housing and yes it works as good as it looks. And no the parts were not just thrown in it they are all mounted professionally even the push to talk leaver on the side. CASH ONLY & and No Shippinig.. and I believe it is wired for a Kenwood 520s but can be wired to many radios using the (4) prong pin out for a D104-- same thing.. and install a 9 volt battery. Mic gain and battery clip is under bottom cover
