Were hiring an Operations Manager to run day-to-day field operations for landscaping + hardscaping projects (residential & commercial). Youll coordinate crews, optimize workflows, manage equipment/materials, and be the key link between leadership and jobsite execution.
Pay: $75,000$130,000+/year (based on experience)

What youll do
Schedule and coordinate crews for daily/weekly jobs
Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Support crew leads with real-time problem solving on-site
Oversee equipment/vehicle usage + maintenance readiness
Manage inventory and ensure materials are ordered on time
Build systems to reduce downtime and improve job flow
Use digital tracking tools to log job activity and records
Communicate updates, expectations, and changes clearly
