Bombshells Arlington and Bombshells Dallas are looking for experienced, motivated Nightlife Restaurant Managers to help lead our high-energy sports bar and nightlife teams.
We're seeking strong leaders with excellent people skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our managers oversee both the restaurant and late-night operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from lunch through late night.
The ideal candidate is dependable, outgoing, organized, and experienced in leading teams, managing guest satisfaction, and overseeing nightly operations. Experience with POS systems, promotions, scheduling, inventory control, and staff development is highly preferred.
Qualifications
Previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, nightclub, or hospitality environment required
Valid Texas TABC Seller/Server Certification required
Valid Texas Food Manager Certification required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing high-volume shifts and late-night operations
Experience with promotions, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and POS systems
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Spanish speaking is a plus
