• Experience in a Pizzeria / Italian Food Restaurant is preferred.
• Must have more than 1-year experience in pizza making and have full ability and understanding of how to hand-stretch, toss and handle pizza dough.
• Must have pizza making and food-prep experience in a commercial/restaurant kitchen
• In addition to preparing pizzas, must have willingness to learn and assist the owner/Executive Chef with prepping and preparing classic family recipe dishes for our customers.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who recognizes the value of being a team-player and has a passion for cooking and a deep understanding that proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards are the highest of priorities.
Availability to work a varied schedule that will include evenings and weekends is a must.
