Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
Summary of Position:
Provide friendly, pace appropriate service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server's primary objective is to build sales by getting guests to come back more often and raising the check average while minimizing costs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
Must possess a current TABC and Food Handler Card
High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
