Here we GROW again! The Broken Yolk Cafe is opening its first location in Dallas Texas located in the brand new District 121 in McKinney. We are looking for full and part time Servers and Bartenders!

We close at 2pm Monday through Friday and 3pm on Saturday and Sunday meaning no evenings or nights so you get more time with your family. We offer competitive wages and flexible schedules along with some other benefits.

Interviews = May 15 - May 30
Onboarding = June 1 - June 2
BoH Training = June 3 - June 9
All Training = June 10 - June 16
Mock Training/Family/Media Days = June 17 - June 22
Grand Opening = June 24

The server is the primary point of contact for Broken Yolk guests and the quality of that interaction will
often determine whether or not the guest returns to your restaurant. The server’s main role is to take
the guest’s order and deliver food to the table. It is important that the server be friendly, upbeat and
able to comfortably interact with guests.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Greet guest and take beverage and food orders
• Suggestive sell additional menu items
• Enter food orders into POS system
• Deliver food to guests’ tables
• Refill guests’ beverages
• Complete side work at end of the day

In addition to these responsibilities, the Server must possess the ability and willingness to:
• Follow the Broken Yolk system and standards
• Learn and describe each item on the Broken Yolk menu
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Communicate effectively with co-workers
• Report to work on time each day
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Set a good example for co-workers
• Work in a small or tight area
• Work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
• Stand for long periods of time
• Bend, stoop or reach several times daily
• Go up and downstairs
• Carry multiple plates simultaneously
• Interact comfortably with guests
• Obtain a valid food handler card
