Need the borrower to have some equity to contribute.
If they don’t have enough equity we may find an equity partner for the right project but not without the borrower contributing something themselves.
I also have some lenders that will fund PDP projects as well as mid-stream and downstream.
We can also fund oil and gas using asset-based funding which is lending money and using the borrower’s assets as collateral.
The assets can include accounts receivable, equipment oil and gas produced etc.

The interest rate will vary 4-6% or higher, depending on the project and the lender.
There are so many variables it is hard to say exactly.
The term would be 10-20 years or so

5-A FEASABILITY Study by a 3rd party would be very helpful in securing funding.
